In the event of a privacy breach:

  • Individuals will be notified within the time period required by Florida law (within 30 days as per FIPA).
  • Internal disciplinary action will be taken for negligence or willful misuse of private data.

    • Provide affected individuals with support or restitution
  • We will conduct a breach investigation, implement corrective measures, and document the incident as required by law.
